- Developed a custom accounts receivables & aging solution integrated with a policy management system for a large
commercial insurance provider.
- Developed a tracking/reporting database for a chemical & water management operation that's fully integrated with
their accounting system as well as their satellite mobile resource management system.
- Created a custom accounts receivables tool for a client designed to send out the monthly customer statements,
invoices and collection letters via a web faxing service, email or print for regular mail.
- Implemented a database accounting system (Great Plains Dynamics SQL Server) for one of the largest consumer &
commercial dry cleaners in the country. This project downsized an older outdated mainframe accounting system.
- Developed custom operational and financial reports for various industries including (oilfield service, mortgage
banking, legal staffing, commercial water management, commercial/consumer dry cleaning operations and
commercial insurance providers).
- Served as Accounting Manager on a project to implement PC based Great Plains Accounting for a mortgage
servicing operation. We also integrated this accounting application with their mainframe loan servicing system.
- Re-configured Great Plains Dynamics for a large legal staffing operation which included contract attorney,
paralegal and litigation support services. We also integrated Dynamics with their in-house staffing system.
- Developed various other accounting tools designed around each client's industry and specific requirements.
